DEEP is a £3 million project aiming to supercharge disruptive electric propulsion research with a new facility at the Harwell Campus in Oxfordshire
DEEP offers world class Electric Propulsion test facilities including advanced plasma diagnostics, workshop facilities and multiple ISO7 cleanrooms
Additional capabilities will be coming online in Q3 2026 – TVAC, thermal cycling ovens and vibration testing
DEEP is co-funded by the UK Space Agency’s £59m SCIF Space Clusters & Infrastructure Fund and is open to the EP research community
